Please plan to arrive at 4:30 p.m. so you may register in time. There is only a 30 minute window for the comment period.
Those wishing to address the Board during Public Comment must sign up for public comment at the registration table. Each participant will receive a number that the chair will call for their turn to speak for public comment .
Board meeting time is 5:30-7:30 p.m.
