The 2021 Open Enrollment has begun, and the first carrier virtual Open Enrollment Information Session is Wednesday, October 21, 2020 through Wednesday,
November 4, 2020 for benefits effective January 1, 2021 through December 31, 2021. Click here, 2021 Open Enrollment Changes, to view a summary of the changes. Listed below is a list of the remaining information meetings scheduled during Open Enrollment:
- Wednesday, October 21 at 4:30 p.m. with BCBSM/BCN
- Wednesday, October 21 at 5:30 p.m. with Heritage Vision
- Thursday, October 22 at 4:30 p.m. with HAP
- Thursday, October 22 at 5:30 p.m. with Delta Denta
- Monday, October 26 at 4:30 p.m. BCBSM/BCN Q&A Session
- Monday, October 26 at 5:30 p.m. Heritage Vision Q&A Session
- Tuesday, October 27 at 4:30 p.m. HAP Q&A Session
- Tuesday, October 27 at 5:30 p.m. Delta Dental Q&A Session
Employees have received and will continue to receive text messages and robo calls throughout the duration of Open Enrollment; as well as documentation is posted on the HUB. To help us reach as many of your members as possible, please post the attached list of changes and continue to reach out to your membership via email, text/phone or any other channels you use to contact/communicate with them. Reminder: The Benefit Solution Center has extended hours during Open Enrollment. Representatives will be available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday-Friday and on Saturday , October 31 from 8:30 a.m. to 12 noon.
