CUB Reclaims the Promise

The City Union of Baltimore (CUB) has initiated a series of activities designed to engage that union in the “Reclaiming the Promise” effort, called for by the American Federation of Teachers (AFT). The nation-wide initiative is intended to galvanize local communities and engage them in activities intended to reclaim the promise of high-quality public services and public education.

Community Outreach at Mushroom Mardi Gras

MHFT is planning several community outreach events to promote real engagement with our community in support of our students and neighborhood public schools. The Federation and the District believe that building relationships and partnerships with parents and community members is essential to improving student achievement.  We encourage every MHUSD employee to join in this dialogue.
